November 2008, Vertical AB signed an agreement to take over Bravida Sverige AB's business area 'Mobila Net'

'Bravida Mobila Net' consisted of three smaller business units.

1. Network Construction.

2. Wind Measurement.

​

3. Network Service and Maintenance.

​

Bravida's 2008 - 2010 plan to return to core business fitted in perfectly with Vertical AB's plan to become the Scandinavian market leader in this business area.

Since the signing of Vertical AB's and Bravida Sverige AB's two year partnership agreement, Vertical AB has been dedicated to confirm and strengthen long established customer relationships.
